All orders ship from our Lisbon, Portugal warehouse. We hold real stock locally — not drop-shipped from unknown third parties — so lead times on the product page reflect what we can actually deliver.

Delivery times

• Standard EU: 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on destination country and carrier route.
• Express: next-business-day or 24–48 hour options for urgent clinic orders — contact us before checkout or call after placing an order.
• Partial shipments: if part of your order is ready sooner, we can split dispatch so critical items arrive first.

Packaging

Medical consumables are packed to protect product integrity in transit. Temperature-sensitive items use appropriate insulation. Batch and expiry labels remain visible on outer cartons for receiving checks at your clinic.

Tracking

Track orders on the My Orders page using your checkout email. You will see status from processing through delivery, including carrier reference when assigned.
