Ordering & Accounts
No account is required. Check out with your email, phone, and delivery address. Use My Orders with the same email to track shipments.
Yes. Register interest on our For Clinics page. We offer VAT invoices, agreed pricing for contract periods, and support for tenders and procurement procedures.
Contact us or use the Subscriptions page to describe your schedule (weekly, monthly, etc.). We calculate volumes from your usage and notify you before each shipment.
Payment & Billing
Orders are paid securely online at checkout — you're redirected to our payment partner to complete the payment. Clinics and organisations can set up an account for VAT invoicing; contact us to arrange one.
Yes. All B2B orders include VAT-compliant invoices from Pontavivo Lda., Lisbon. Provide your VAT/NIPC number at checkout or on account setup.
Delivery
Standard EU delivery is 2–5 business days from our Lisbon warehouse. Express options are available for urgent orders — ask when you check out or contact us.
All orders ship from our Lisbon, Portugal warehouse. We deliver across the European Union.
Yes. Enter your checkout email on the My Orders page to see status from processing through delivery.
Quality & Product Information
Yes. All medical devices and applicable consumables are CE-marked per manufacturer documentation. We are a distributor, not the manufacturer — certificate details come from the brand.
Every product page shows the current batch and expiry date for the stock we hold. We ship items with at least six months' remaining shelf life unless you agree otherwise.
No. We supply products and logistics information only. Our content is not medical advice — consult a qualified professional for clinical decisions.
Returns
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Hygiene-sensitive consumables (opened gloves, dressings, etc.) cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Contact us immediately with your order ID and photos. We replace or refund items that do not match what was shown on the product page at time of order.
