How you pay
Orders are paid securely online at checkout — you are redirected to our payment partner to complete the payment. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
VAT & invoices
Every order includes a VAT-compliant invoice from Pontavivo Lda. Catalog prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; B2B customers with a valid EU VAT number may qualify for reverse-charge where applicable.
